This project consists of the Renovations and Additions to The Western Center for Technical Studies for Pottsgrove, Spring Ford Area and Perkiomen School District, including site and related work as indicated on the drawings and specified in the Project Manuals.

Notes:
1. We are accepting proposals for scopes of work in divisions 2-14.
2. Please take note of the alternates and unit prices on the bid form that may affect your quote.
3. There ARE Prevailing Labor Rates for this project.
4. Plans and Specifications can be reviewed at our Lancaster Office, or can be purchased at Print-O-Stat in Lancaster (phone: 717-581-6680).
5. Plans and specifications will not be purchased by CH&E for suppliers or subcontractors.
6. Confirmed bidders will be notified via email of all addenda, which will be posted on this website for review/download.
