Description: Work consists of the construction of a new church facility, including a 1200 seat worship space, Chapel, Meeting Room, ancillary spaces and parking lot and site renovations. All Work will be performed under a single contract.

NOTE TO ALL BIDDERS: CH&E is requesting a final bid based on the updated plans and specs (see below.)

NOTE TO SITEWORK BIDDERS: Revised civil drawings will be available for download on or about Fri., 12/30/11.

Notes:
1. We are accepting proposals for scopes of work in divisions 2-9, 15-16.
2. There are no Prevailing Wages on this project.
3. Plans and Specifications can be reviewed at our Lancaster Office, downloaded via the below links, or can be purchased at Ridgways in Lancaster (phone: 717-399-4799).
4. Confirmed bidders will be notified via email of all addenda, which will be posted on this website for review/download.
