Description:
Work includes an addition to the School and associated site work, with some renovation of existing interior spaces. The structure is mostly steel bearing on masonry. The building exterior consists of split-faced CMU with aluminum clad wood windows and aluminum storefront framing. The roofing system is mostly EPDM on metal deck, with some areas of standing seam metal roof. The floors are concrete on steel deck and slab on grade with a mechanical basement below a portion of the school. The building will include complete mechanical, plumbing, electrical distribution, data and fire protection systems. Site work includes earth work, storm water system, utilities, paving and landscaping.

1. We are accepting proposals for scopes of work in divisions 2-16.
2. Please note any aspects of the Bid Form that may affect your quote.
3. There are no Prevailing Labor Rates for this project.
4. Plans and Specifications can be reviewed at our Lancaster Office, downloaded via the below links, or can be purchased at Ridgways in Lancaster (phone: 717-399-4799).
5. Plans and specifications will not be purchased by CH&E for suppliers or subcontractors.
6. Confirmed bidders will be notified via email of all addenda, which will be posted on this website for review/download.
