Phase I involved accommodating the customer's needs to more than double the existing office area without causing relocation or any interruption of daily business. A second floor was constructed over the exsisting structure with special attention to weather and dust penetrations. Phase II was a design/build, fast track warehouse expansion of approximately 18,000 square feet on the north side of the building. Phase III was also design/build and involved new employee restroom facilities incorporated with a building to house a new production line and special structure to accommodate high-end cabinet finishing. |
