Directions to CH&E Follow Route 30 to the Route 23 West (Walnut St.) exit in Lancaster. Proceed on Route 23 West to the second traffic light. Turn right at this traffic light, onto Ranck Avenue. Proceed one block where the road becomes a "T". Turn right at the "T" (the road is marked "No Outlet"). The CH&E site is on the right side of the road, adjacent to Hershey Transmissions.
