  • Conversion of a 1913 tenant house into a 21st century ice cream shop
  • New 600 sq ft addition to the rear of the building
  • All exterior work meets PA historical preservation requirements, including cedar siding, wood shutters and stone veneer to match existing
  • The interior of the building was totally removed, creating a 2 story space
  • In the customer area, four timber-frame trusses were hung from the walls, creating a dramatic visual effect. The trusses were assembled inside the existing building and craned into position by cutting access holes in the roof
