Lancaster County Convention Center - Lancaster,

- Construction of a concrete and steel support system to stabilize
the century old façade during the demolition and construction
phases of the Lancaster County Convention Center and hotel
- Drilled 52 caissons (36 round holes drilled down through
the limestone below the city) through Queen and King Sts. without hitting
a single utility
- Erected nearly 500 tons of steel while working overnight through
the winter
- Continuous monitoring of the façade using the Total
Station system to detect movement
