Description: Work consists of site clearing in preparation for new construction and indicated remodeling; new one story forensics center consisting of entrance lobby, administrative offices and storage spaces, laboratory and medical related spaces including body storage areas, delivery and waste storage, and utility room; site work including concrete walks, parking lot with accessible parking provisions, and landscaping.

1. We are accepting proposals for scopes of work in divisions 2-14.
2. There are Prevailing Wages on this project.
