Project Description: ENERGY STAR 3 RE-BID - Heritage Point Apartments, a 56 unit, 5 building, rental community located at the former site of the Wyoming Valley Hospital, Wilkes-Barre. The work will be performed under a single prime contract. (1) Building will remain Passive Construction and the remaining have been revised to Energy Star 3 Requirements.
Notes:
1. We are seeking pricing in all divisions at this time.
2. We will accept all bids for the Energy Star 3 Rebid. Union, MBE, WBE, Veteran Participation Welcome.
