Project Description: Interior and Exterior renovation to Historic Colonial Theatre (227 Bridge St.) and adjoining property (225 Bridge St., formerly Phoenixville Bank). Project to be done in 2 phases. Phase 1 includes all renovation work to vacant building to convert it into 2 theatres and a central lobby, as well as work to the existing Colonial Theatre entrance.
