Description:
Work consists of the new construction of a worship, educational, administrative and gathering place for Crossway Church in Millersville on a mostly undeveloped farm site near the intersection of State Routes 741 and 999. The Work includes, but is not limited to: footings and foundations, structural framing, exterior envelope and interior finishes and fit-out.

The plans have been updated to reflect many of the key elements of the four addenda that were issued during the last bid effort.  We are including the original addenda as well as Addendum 5 for your reference.  Please qualify your bid as you see fit.

Assume a building pad ready for foundation work by 08/01/11 with substantial project completion by 05/01/2012.

Notes:
1. We are accepting proposals for scopes of work in divisions 3-14.
2. There are no Prevailing Labor Rates for this project.
