Description: The work involves the construction of a new 56,000 SF production/office facility; a new 6,000 SF maintenance shop and related site amenities at West Baltimore Pike and Chambers Road, Toughkenamon (New Garden Township) PA.

Groundbreaking is earmarked for approximately 10/10/11. Anticipated construction duration  is 10 months.


Notes:
1. We are accepting proposals for scopes of work in divisions 2-16.
2. There are no Prevailing Wages on this project.
