- Addition of two exterior elevators to the front of
a Lancaster County nursing home
- The elevators feature glass shafts and offer its riders
a panoramic view of the grounds and cityscape
- CH&E served as the prime contractor
- The project included the construction of a 2000 sq
ft dining room and plaza area at the back of the building, and installation
of a new roof - 126' off the ground
- Exterior cleaning, recaulking and sealing of the existing
surfaces
- The elevators provide convenience to residents and
staff in moving people and connecting the floors of the facility
